The Leadership Committee will examine ż’s engagement with program administrators at all levels in member schools, with a focus on supportive initiatives that provide good value for “big tent” membership. Outcomes in the forms of conference sessions, webinars, recommendations to the Board, and/or reports may include, but not be limited to:
Increasing administrator attendance at the fall Administrator’s Conference, ż115 Annual Meeting, and other regular gatherings.
Understanding of the advantages, both real and perceived, of being in association: alliances, advocacy, knowledge-sharing, etc.
Findings about administrators’ perceptions of the value of membership and about rates of engagement across member schools: applications for awards, use of student competitions, submissions to conferences and publications, and volunteering.
Communications tools for leaders to encourage beneficial faculty engagement with ż’s programs.
